Scott Gebicke brings 11+ years as a leader in manufacturing innovation, most recently in several leadership roles at Jabil, including as president of the Industrial Division and of Jabil Defense & Aerospace. Scott ran a multibillion global P&L and a team of operations, technical and business leaders to deliver manufacturing services across a wide range of renewables, grid-level solutions, meters, industrial automation and connected building devices. Prior to joining Jabil, Scott was a leader in McKinsey & Company’s industrial practice out of the London and San Francisco offices. Scott served seven years as a U.S. Navy Officer, with significant operational combat experience. He holds a dual bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and economics from Vanderbilt University, and an MBA from London Business School.

Jen worked in a variety of HR and legal roles for global manufacturing companies. Most recently, Jen led the Global Labor & Employment team at Jabil supporting all labor & employment matters in 45 countries and 48 US states/territories. At Kimberly-Clark, Jen led Global Labor & Employee Relations as part of the HR team. Jen started her career working in large law firms handling both labor & employment and commercial litigation matters. Jen received her BA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and her JD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Alexey Dubov is a seasoned executive and serial entrepreneur in technological innovation and advancement for the construction industry. Together with his partners, he created 3D printing technology to help solve the housing and climate crises by transforming how the world builds homes. Alexey is also a startup advisor and angel investor. His contributions in the field of operations and team growth for complex technologies are supported by multiple breakthrough inventions. He founded tech startups across the globe in the US, Germany, Russia, and Singapore, including two successful exits.

Chris Murphy is an experienced product and strategy leader focused on urban housing and the built environment. He brings a wealth of experience in software and technology as well as urban planning and policy. Chris graduated from Georgetown University in 2009 with a degree in International Politics. His work has been featured by publications including The New York Times, Entrepreneur, TechCrunch, and TheSan Francisco Chronicle.

Sunita Raja is a business technology leader with over 15 years of experience in IPO, digital transformation, global delivery, and M&A integration. She has extensive experience delivering innovative solutions with strong credibility for companies like Udemy, Yelp, and Gap. She leads, trains, and mentors large, high-performing on-shore and offshore teams. She has a BA from Osmania University.

Jenna McDermott brings 13+ years of experience in Supply Chain and Operations. She started her career with Raytheon Technologies leading an international team of Supplier Development Engineers working with manufacturers of aerospace products. More recently Jenna led Supply Chain, Quality and Manufacturing at a robotics company where she successfully opened a new production facility and transitioned a key product line in house in under a year. Jenna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Global Supply Chain Management from Clarkson University.

Anton is an international entrepreneur with 15 years of experience in IoT and IIoT businesses, including extensive experience in advanced manufacturing.

He started his own IoT hardware design lab right after his graduation from Samara State Aerospace University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in math economics and a Master’s Degree in electrical engineering. In 2015, Anton sold his design lab for a profit and  founded Glance Tech, Inc., later successfully launching the world's first smart wall clock in 2016.

Yonah Naftaly brings over 12 years of experience in various construction disciplines, including advanced, alternative, and mostly off-site methods, combining knowledge in traditional approaches with more forward-thinking processes. Yonah has owned a successful construction business since 2010 and previously was Director of Field Operations at the pre-fabrication housing construction company Veev. Yonah is a licensed general B contractor in California and an honors graduate of structural engineering and construction project management from Shenkar College of Engineering, Design and Art.

Brian Annechino brings 10+ years of experience in international business development across the Middle East, Africa and Latin America, with a focus on bringing new technologies to market. His expertise has been in software and construction technology, including sustainable and affordable housing. His experience aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and international development, covering global health and sustainable housing. More recently, he led global business development and market entry efforts for a construction technology company that successfully developed internationally-certified "green" communities in Africa and Latin America. Brian holds an MBA from the University of Rochester.

Edouard Chambellan brings over 15 years of experience in innovative architectural design, collaborating with family offices, startups, and Fortune 100 companies. His leadership at Airbnb combined with his role in launching Fuseproject's Environments studio have led to impactful architectural solutions across residential and retail sectors delivered in 12 countries. Edouard's tenure in the European naval industry for 9 years included designing motoryacht "Venus" for Apple's founder and "Sailing Yacht A" in partnership with Abu Dhabi MAR's Nobiskrug, which received the 2018 World Superyacht Award. His work has earned multiple design accolades, including the Red Dot, iF, and Fast Company awards. Edouard holds a Master's degree in Industrial Design Engineering from ISD, France.
